一、宗旨
國立台灣美術館為鼓勵台灣數位藝術創作者提出具創新及實驗性之藝術創作理念，透過公開徵選機制，以「108展覽室(360度環型影音空間)」及「時光天井電視牆」為展出場域，提供國內數位藝術創作者創作資源及發表作品之管道，藉以激勵數位藝術創意及創作發展之能量，豐厚及活絡台灣數位藝術發展。
二、主辦單位
國立台灣美術館（以下簡稱本館）
三、申請資格
具中華民國國籍之個人或團體（團體以個人為代表）。曾獲選本創作案之個人或團體，二 年內不得提出申請。
四、展出空間與預定展出時間
（一） 展出空間：
1. 108展覽室(360度環型影音空間)
2. 時光天井電視牆

（二） 預計展出時間：
1. 預計展出時間由本館依展覽空間和性質協調安排於2015年度檔期展出，每檔展期以3個月為原則，最遲不超過2016年3月開始展出，本館得因展檔安排需要調整之。
2. 獲選者（團隊）須依本館排定之時間規劃展覽展出。若因故無法如期展出，應於展出前3個月告知本館。未能遵守者，本館得取消其展出資格，追繳本館已支付之相關製作費用，且二年內不得申請本數位藝術創作案。
五、徵選名額及製作費用
「108展覽室(360度環型影音空間)」徵選4案，「時光天井電視牆」徵選4案，各備取1案。由本館依計畫內容酌予支付製作費用，費用以新台幣10萬元為限（本館依規定代扣繳所得稅及二代健保費）。本案製作費用不得包括個人護照、簽證、保險費及設備購置費。
六、申請及結果公告時間
（一） 申請時間：自2014年4月20日至6月30日24時止，一律採線上報名。請至｢台灣數位藝術知識與創作流通平台｣網站（http://www.digiarts.org.tw/）進行線上報名程序。資料缺件、逾時或與規定不符者不受理。
（二） 結果公告：預定2014年8月31日前於本館網站公告評選結果。
＊以上時間若有更動，將公告於國立台灣美術館網站。
七、申請方式
（一） 請至「台灣數位藝術知識與創作流通平台」網站（http://www.digiarts.org.tw）登錄成為會員，並進行線上報名程序。線上報名流程及注意事項請參閱【附錄一】，請於6月30日24時前完成線上報名申請，如有操作上的問題，請電洽本館承辦人員。
（二） 請依網頁指示步驟填寫報名表及上傳相關文件。
（三） 填寫個人資料同意書及切結書（如【附錄三】及【附錄四】）：請於線上報名系統下載及列印。
（四） 將上述（二）、（三）之資料列印一份親筆簽名或蓋章，於7月2日前（含7月2日）以掛號郵寄或專人送至本館（40359台中市西區五權西路一段二號 國立台灣美術館），自國內寄件者以郵戳為憑，自國外寄件者以寄達日為準，資料缺件、逾時或與規定不符者恕不受理。
八、審查標準及作業程序
（一） 初審：由本館遴聘學者專家進行書面審查，通過者由本館通知進行複審。
（二） 複審：入圍複審者，須親至本館進行簡報。因故無法親自出席者，得於複審前三日向本館提出網路簡報申請，並配合本館進行網路連線測試。若未能於期限內提出網路簡報申請，視同放棄簡報權利。
（三） 審查標準：
1. 創作理念、展出空間及媒材運用之創新性與實驗性。
2. 計畫可執行性與實際展出之預期成果。
（四） 創作計畫未達評審認定之標準者，得予以從缺。
（五） 本館及本案評審委員得基於獲選案件之可執行性提供修正建議。
九、注意事項
（一） 本公開徵選所蒐集個人資料，僅針對本館規劃之數位藝術相關展覽、活動、「數位藝術創作案」徵選之目的進行蒐集、處理及利用，不做其他用途，其餘均依照「個人資料保護法」相關規定處理。
（二） 評定入選之作品，本館擁有首次展出之權利。
（三） 每位申請者針對各展出空間限投一件，參與評審之創作計畫須為尚未發表之原創新作；業已發表之作品，視同不符申請資格，亦不得變更計畫名稱向本館提出申請。
（四） 同一申請案不得向其他單位重複申請補助；該計畫若同時進行申請或獲得其他公私立單位補助，應於申請文件中述明。
（五） 入選之作品於本館展出期間，未經本館同意，不得於本館所指定場所外的其他地點，進行任何形態之作品展示。
（六） 獲選者須與本館簽訂契約書，雙方之權利義務悉依契約書辦理。獲選者與本館之權利義務，於徵件簡章未列入者，由本館於契約書內明訂，契約書內容請參閱【附錄五】。
（七） 送件資料不予退還，請自行備份留存。
（八） 凡送件者於報名資料簽名蓋章後，即視為同意並遵循本簡章各項規定。
（九） 如有未盡事宜，本館得修訂本簡章後公佈之。
十、其他事項
2015年度展覽經費視立法院預算審定結果調整之。
Submission
To encourage Taiwan digital art artists in fostering more innovative and experimental work, the museum provide open submission for “Gallery 108(360 Degree Cyclorama Screen)” and “Multi-Screen Imaging Courtyard”. These spaces provide artists the platform to publish their art which stimulate the creativity energy and development of digital art. This enlivens Taiwan’s digital art digital art development by establishing interdisciplinary creativity between technology and art.

(二) Exhibition Time Date
(1) The exhibition date will be scheduled by museum based on the nature and characteristic of the exhibition space. In scheduling the 2015 exhibition, each exhibition should not exceed the duration of three months and cannot be exhibit no later than March 2016 in comply with museum’s exhibition arrangement.
(2) The winner (or team) will follows the exhibition schedule provided by the museum. The participants should give three months ahead notice, if they are unable to exhibit under the schedule. Museum can cancel its exhibition qualifications and recover the expenses museum had paid. And then they shall not apply this creation project in two years.
Selection Limits and Create Expenses

Museum is in accordance with plans to pay Project expenses. The expenses are limited to one hundred thousand.

(2)Results Announcement：Scheduled for June 30, 2014 to Announcement on museum website.
Mode of application
(1)Please go to http://www.digiarts.org.tw login become a member.
(2)Please follow the website steps to fill out the registration and upload the relevant documents.
(3)Fill out the consent and affidavit of personal information. Please to download and print on the online registration system.
(4)Take the (2) and (3) to print a copy of the information. And then you have to sign on it. Scheduled for July 2 to send the documents for Nation Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts.
Examine standard and Operation Process
(1)Frist Examine：Select scholars and experts from the museum written review.
(2)Reexamine：finalist reviewers shall be presentations to the Museum. Explain the content, means of implementation and budget plans to use. Those who did not attend the briefing deemed to give up rights.
