年度考核協奏》是融合聲響、劇場與其記寫的「聲音劇場」，表演者環繞著同時是樂器與圖像記譜裝置的長桌，企業圖表轉化的樂譜則刻劃於其上，由八位身兼樂手與演員的表演者，將辦公室的身體轉譯為各種聲音事件及動作符碼。
作品首演於2017年北美館展覽「社交場」開幕，後受邀至橫濱藝術集會（TPAM）。桌上不斷迴繞的火車是演奏記認的拍點，軌道刻度以2007年8月9日金融海嘯作為原點，以十年為單位重複「永劫回歸」式的時間循環。

“Concert of Performance Review” has the double meaning of an employee assessment and also performance examination. Concert of Performance Review is a large-scale graphical notation installation and also a musical instrument. On a long table is a music score/dance score integrating a business organization chart and statistical analysis. Human bodies in an office are transcribed as sound events and motion symbols. By following the directions in the dance and music scores on the table, the performers present an improvisational form of New Music Theater. Through musical composition, different notation methods, it expresses the distancing (verfremdung) of daily life from labor and create a transforming experience for the audience. The train constantly circling on the table acts out a rhythm of memories. The gradation of the track takes the financial crash of August 9, 2007 as its starting point, engaging in a time cycle of “eternal recurrence” with decades as its units.
